刻印加工には対応しておりません。

日本の法律により、現在流通している硬貨の加工は禁止されています。当店では、流通が終了した昔の日本のコインのみを素材として使用しております。そのため、現行通貨のお持ち込みによる加工にも対応しておりませんのでご了承ください。

ご来店時に専用の器具を用いて正確に計測いたしますので、事前にサイズをご確認いただく必要はございません。お気軽にご来店ください。

金属アレルギーがご心配なお客様は、指輪にコーティングを施す「メタルコート」のご使用をおすすめしております。また、より手軽に行える対策として、市販の「トップコート」をリングの内側に塗布していただく方法もございます。金属が直接お肌に触れるのを軽減することで、アレルギー反応のリスクを抑える効果が期待できます。
いずれの方法も永久的なものではございませんので、定期的な塗り直しをおすすめしております。

コインリングの素材上、指に跡が残る場合がございます。落としやすい汚れではございますが、気になる方は上記「金属アレルギーの対策はありますか？」をお試しください。

リングお渡し時に同梱しておりますショップカードをご持参の上、東京原宿店または大阪心斎橋店までお越しください。リング作成の同一の指に限り無償にてサイズ調節を承ります。

はい、ご来店いただけます。ベビーカーのご利用も可能です。ただし、店内には遊び場やキッズスペースのご用意はございません。
また、ガラス瓶や金属工具などの割れ物・危険物もございますので、保護者の方の目の届く範囲で安全にご配慮いただきますようお願いいたします。
万が一、店内での怪我やトラブルが発生した場合でも、当店では責任を負いかねますことをあらかじめご了承ください。

Under Japanese law, processing coins that are currently in circulation is prohibited. We only use older Japanese coins that are no longer in circulation as our materials. For this reason, we are unable to process current-currency coins that you bring in. Thank you for your understanding.

We measure your size precisely using a dedicated tool when you visit, so there is no need to check your size beforehand. Please feel free to drop by.

Yes, this is possible. However, please note the following:
・There is a risk of damage or deformation during processing, so we cannot take responsibility for any damage. Thank you for your understanding in advance.
・No price discount is offered for bringing your own coin.

For customers concerned about metal allergies, we recommend a "metal coat" that applies a coating to the ring. As a simpler option, you can also apply a commercially available clear "top coat" to the inside of the ring. By reducing direct contact between the metal and your skin, this can help lower the risk of an allergic reaction.
Neither method is permanent, so we recommend reapplying it regularly.
*Please note that we do not provide these at our shop, so we kindly ask that you prepare them yourself.

Due to the nature of the coin material, the ring may leave a mark on your finger. It comes off easily, but if you are concerned, please try the method described above in "Do you have any measures for metal allergies?"

Please bring the shop card included when you received your ring and visit our Tokyo (Harajuku) or Osaka (Shinsaibashi) store. We offer free resizing, limited to the same finger the ring was originally made for.

Yes, you are welcome to visit, and strollers can be used. However, please note that there is no play area or kids' space inside the store.
There are also fragile and potentially hazardous items such as glass bottles and metal tools, so we kindly ask guardians to keep their children safe and within sight at all times.
Please understand in advance that we cannot take responsibility for any injuries or trouble that may occur inside the store.
